COUNCIL CANDIDATES 2012
     
The following candidacies have been proposed to the Secretary-Treasurer:
   
- Denis Fouque (France)
- Loreto Gesualdo (Italy)
- Gert Mayer (Austria)
- Alberto Ortiz (Spain)
- Mehmet Sever (Turkey)
   
All Full members of the ERA-EDTA will be able to vote for a maximum three (3) candidates. Both electronic and paper ballot voting will be possible. If however a member has voted electronically he/she will NOT be allowed to vote a second time on-site with the paper ballot!
    
Electronic voting will be open from April 16, 2012 to May 16, 2012 inclusive. All Full ERA-EDTA Members will receive, by post, a letter prior to April 16, 2012 with the precise details regarding the procedure to be followed as well as the Username and Password to be used.
    
Voting on-site in Paris will also be possible: in this case however only the traditional paper ballot will be available.
The voting station, next to the ERA-EDTA Membership Office, in the Registration Area will be open from 14:00 to 18:00 on May 24, 2012 (Thursday), from 7:00 to 19:00 on May 25, 2012 (Friday), from 7:00 to 19:00 on May 26, 2012 (Saturday) and also before the start of the General Assembly on May 27, 2012 (Sunday) starting at 7:00 up to 10.00.
   
A valid identification document (i.e. passport of national identity card) of the Full member who wishes to vote must be personally shown in order to vote. Vote by proxy is NOT possible.
    
A short curriculum for each candidate will be on display at the voting station.
    
Full members can also vote immediately before the start of the General Assembly at 10:30 am on May 27, 2012 (Sunday) in the “Amphithéâtre Havane” Room on the 3rd floor of the Palais des Congrès.
